Cómo lo hacemos
Cada Arc empieza con un bloque de nogal elegido para que la veta recorra toda la longitud de la pieza. Después torneamos el perfil a mano y damos forma a la suave curva para que siga la veta en lugar de cortarla.
A partir de ahí, todo es paciencia: lijado por cada grano hasta 1000 y más allá, y luego varias capas finas de acabado seguro para el cuerpo, cada una nivelada a mano y totalmente curada antes de que la pieza salga de nuestro banco. Los tonos chocolate del nogal se intensifican bajo el brillo, y el dibujo de la tuya será solo suyo.
Por qué funciona esta forma
El suave arco del Arc sigue el ángulo natural del cuerpo, así que encuentra el punto G o la próstata casi sin esfuerzo por tu parte. Es la forma a la que recurrimos cuando alguien nos pide un clásico que simplemente funciona.
Con 1,5" en su parte más ancha se siente agradablemente lleno sin ser un desafío, la punta redondeada hace fáciles los primeros momentos y la base ensanchada te da un agarre seguro y un tope fiable.
Cada pieza se tornea a mano a partir de su propio bloque, así que la veta, el color y el dibujo de la tuya serán únicos. Nunca hay dos exactamente iguales.
